Pineapple Coconut Cake


A light and fluffy yellow buttery cake. The multi layered delight is covered with a butter cream frosting from top to bottom and loaded with fresh shredded coconut.


One of the best homemade cakes on our menu, beginning with pineapples and fresh shredded coconut on the top. But you cannot stop there; each layer has pineapple folded into the yellow buttery moist cake. The sooner you slice it the quicker you can taste this refreshing tropical combination and it all delightful.

Ingredients: Cake; sugar, coconut, corn oil, salt, nonfat dry milk, baking soda, wheat flour, egg whites, artificial flavor and color. Icing; powdered sugar, white margarine, vegetable shortening, water, Snow Queen, B&V flavoring.

Allergens: wheat, dairy, egg. Made in a bakery that uses: soy, peanuts and tree nut.
